Unless otherwise requested, we ship to arrive by December 10. However, we can ship to arrive any time you like after November 20. The shipping price is included in the price of the item for UPS Ground Service within the continental United States. If we are to ship via US Postal Service to a post office box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands or Canada please inquire about an additional charge. Call us at (800)322-9853. We do not ship to foreign countries, except Canada, due to fresh plant material import regulations.
Privacy & Security
We do not share the names of our customers with anyone. We will mail customers our own brochure in October, but we never send our brochure to the gift recipients. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated.
Returns & Replacements
If the wreath and garlands arrive in bad shape, please call us immediately and we will send fresh products out right away. We make every effort to send out fresh, premium quality products. A few needles will shake off when the greenery is removed from the box, but the products should not shed heavily. Sometimes packages are heated up in shipment and the product is damaged, and we are happy to send replacements. However we are not responsible for greenery that has arrived in good shape, but is heated up after arrival and deteriorates. Boxes should be unpacked right away, and greenery placed out of direct sunlight and misted occasionally with water for best results
We take orders over the internet anytime, or over the phone at (800)322-9853 on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and at other times by chance. We run this business out of our home, so please don’t call in the middle of the night. If you have any problems completing your order over the internet, please call us. We have a friendly office staff eager to help you.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is by credit card — Visa, Mastercard or Discover — , personal check or money order. Prices include shipping to a street address via UPS Ground Service within the continental United States. Please call for rates to other destinations.
You will receive an emailed invoice for all orders placed through the website. We encourage you to set up an online account so that you can log in at any time to view your order history. We do not share any of your account information.

All sales are final, although if your product has arrived damaged or in poor condition, please contact us.
