We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
REFUND POLICY
If your wreath arrives in poor condition, please call us within two days of arrival and we will ship out a new one right away. Our wreaths are fresh when we put them into the box. If they are heated up in transit they can be damaged. There will always be a few needles in the box, but an excessive amount of needles that fall off indicates that at some point the wreath got too hot and was damaged. Because our wreaths are perishable, we cannot be responsible for damaged wreaths more than two days after arrival. To keep your wreath fresh, keep it out of direct sunlight, do not overheat it between an outside door and a storm door, place it near a heater or in the trunk of a car. For best results, mist it occasionally with water and keep it in a shaded location.
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
We will ship via UPS Ground to arrive as close as possible to requested arrival date. For post office boxes, Hawaii and Alaska, as well as the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, we will ship via the United States Post Office. Customers who provide an e-mail address will receive UPS notification when packages arrive. Orders will be charged out when they are ordered, and the processing with scheduling and card preparation begins.
